Overview
NAPCO StarLink Fire is a dedicated line of UL 864-listed cellular and IP alarm communicators engineered specifically for commercial fire alarm reporting, representing a distinct product family from NAPCO's intrusion-focused StarLink and panel-integrated Gemini offerings. The StarLink Fire communicators support 5G LTE-M dual-SIM technology on both Verizon and AT&T networks simultaneously, providing true dual-path redundancy without a secondary communicator or added hardware. Quick-Connect FACU modular jacks enable installation in minutes without panel reprogramming, making StarLink Fire the preferred solution for migrating commercial fire accounts from disappearing POTS landlines to cellular. The communicators are FirstNet Ready certified, the first commercial fire alarm communicators to achieve this designation, enabling priority network access on AT&T's FirstNet emergency services network. StarLink Fire products are distributed through NAPCO's dealer network in Canada and meet ULC requirements for supervised alarm transmission.
