Overview
Siemens Desigo CC (Collaboration Station) is Siemens Building Technologies' flagship integrated building management platform, designed from the ground up as a multi-discipline integration hub rather than a traditional BAS. Desigo CC manages HVAC, lighting, fire safety, security, power, and elevators from a single operator interface, supporting standard protocols including BACnet, LonWorks, Modbus, KNX, OPC, and ONVIF for video. The platform is available as on-premises software, as a distributed architecture, and as Desigo CC as a Service (cloud SaaS), with the Flex Client mobile app enabling remote command and control. Desigo CC's native fire safety integration allows automated smoke control scenarios, adjusting HVAC dampers, raising blinds, activating escape routes, directly in response to Desigo fire system events without custom programming. Large-scale deployments serve hospitals, airports, campuses, and critical infrastructure in Canada and globally.
